I must express deep disappointment in the company’s lack of communication and compensation policies during inclement weather. On numerous occasions, especially during rainy, cold, or snowy days, employees are left in the dark regarding whether the workplace will be operational. This lack of foresight forces employees to make potentially hazardous journeys to the workplace, only to discover upon arrival that work has been canceled due to weather conditions. This not only wastes employees’ time and resources but also poses safety risks. Furthermore, the absence of compensation for days when the company closes due to weather exacerbates the situation. Employees are left without pay for circumstances beyond their control, which is unfair and adds financial strain, particularly during the unpredictable winter months.

Your employe who drives truck 86 is a aggressive dangerous driver he uses turn only lanes as a personal passing lane changed lanes in intersections with no blinker cuts off multiple cars just to pass vehicles and passes vehicles on the shoulder like he was Turing just accelerate and go pass every one I have never seen a employee not car about driving so dangerous in a company vehicle
