The staff was very helpful with finding the tile we were looking for along with picking out grout color, caulk, and the edge trim. Our kitchen backsplash DIY project turned out great. I'd definitely come here again for any tiling projects.
I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with this great business. They were my sole vendor for a large bathroom remodel and were fantastic to work with. They were great at helping my design the right materials and finalize the vision that my wife and I had. They provided me with fair pricing and excellent communication through the process. In addition to that when challenges arrived they addressed them quickly and thoroughly to be sure that we had a great experience. I own a local Home Improvement business and do a lot of kitchen and bathroom remodeling. I have been using Columbia Tile & Marble since they have opened. I do not use anyone else because of their service and professionalism. I am confident in everyone who works there from the owners to employees. Their prices are fair and they do not make mistakes which is something very important to my business.

I was delighted to find Columbia Tile as a lovely, well-organized, and well stocked showroom that made tile shopping a visual feast. The staff was always helpful and tried hard to help me find a solution to my challenging design parameters. Where their commitment to customer service really shined, however, was when I encountered a problem with my choice of a technically non-returnable tile. Ryan advocated for me with the supplier, and solved the problem. I will continue to drive the extra distance to shop my next project at Columbia Tile. Thanks, Guys!

We have to tile our master bathroom, about 700 sq ft. I went to that store and they basically weren't super helpful. Made me really disappointed because of all the rave reviews. I walked into the store late, intraweek morning on a day off and there was no one else in the store. There were 3 people standing around and they sent over the least experienced one. That's fine. I was excited to help grow experience. But I spent 2.5 hours there. And every other person who came in got the special treatment super helpful service with old white guys coming out from the back room to help them. These were mostly old white ladies. Made me really mad. It took 45 minutes to finally get the quotes once the tile was picked.
They helped me understand why the type of tile I wanted was not suitable for a bathroom and then next hour or so was me fumbling about trying to figure what to do instead with no real help. It didn't feel like they wanted my business.
It's a shame because the tile was really nice but they won't be getting our business.

Love this place, the quality, inventory, and the great help from the staff. We built a new home in September, but I decided to do the back splash on my own because of the poor choices they had with Ryan Homes. I tend to have great ideas, but when it came to picking the color of the back splash and the grout and matching my kitchen colors .....thank god for the staff and their expertise. They were awesome. I will be returning for more of their expertise to finish my basement.

Their selection is perfect! Plenty of variety without loosing your sanity sifting through miles of tile.
I cannot say enough about their staff. Very knowledgeable and patient. They will aid in your process to pick out the perfect shade of beige! Had a great experience and would recommend to anyone.
