Great experience on a very challenging, propane tankless hot water heater install. Required several visits to coordinate with the propane tank installation, inspections, replacement part installation and commission properly. Tim and Kevin were responsive, professional and highly skilled. Everything was completed for the original estimate. Highly recommended.
2nd project with Abbotts plumbing. These service tech were very polite and professionally. They explain all the work to be done very clearly. Even got friendly with our dog. The tech today was Chuck. I would recommend him to work in my home anytime

Abbot’s did a great job helping with our wet bar project! They were timely, knowledgeable, and always left the area clean when finished. Kevin was friendly and helpful, going the extra mile for us when he thought it necessary. Thanks so much!

Contacted for issue with hot water not working which cost around $300 to fix. This fix was only temporary and hot water only ran for about 3 days. The plumbers did not assert that another addition would be needed to keep the hot water running and left us thinking that the issue was fixed. Now, in order to get the hot water running again, there will be a charge to have them come out again to fix something that should have already been taken care of, and the $300 that was spent was for nothing. This could have been avoided if they were direct about the real issue instead of seeking a temporary fix, which seems to me that they were just milking for money instead of resolving the actual issue.

Kevin from Abbott’s Plumbing was very knowledgeable and able to assess the situation with our Kohler issues and the parts were ordered.
Overall, a very pleasant experience and we will continue to do business with them.

Kevin and Alex efficiently installed faucets, a toilet, soap dispenser, instant hot water heater, and setting the water for my dishwasher and fridge in my kitchen and/or powder room. They were professional, resolved a few issues that came up, and left the work area clean. I would recommend them!

Abbott's Plumbing did a fantastic job putting in the proper plumbing for my washer and dishwasher. They arrived on time both for the estimate and the work, very polite, neat and tidy and communicated clearly (water shut off, discussed the work and options, etc). Excellent. Highly recommend!

Kevin and Steve were super nice. They took time to explain what they were going to do. There work area was pristine and kept everything smelling nice. After they were done I received a detailed run through of all the components with the new boiler. Kevin made recommendations on how to keep the system running to prevent a major catastrophe. If all your workers are like Kevin and Steve then you’re in good hands. I will definitely use Abbott’s Plumbing in the future. I hope do not hesitate to call this company. The finished project is attached.
