My family and I had an unfortunate accident causing us to have a shattered window and we reached out to this company for help. Not only were they on top of helping us, but they had our new glass installed in less than 24 hours of the accident! Having an older home, it can be difficult to find a company willing to help with such a task and on such a time crunch. Matt and the Griggs & Son crew are far beyond what we could have expected. Thank you so very much for your service and support through this. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our home and the safety of our family.
I contracted with Griggs Glass to order and install a custom frameless shower door / enclosure for a bathroom remodel. They were excellent. No pressure, great communication and a polished final product that everyone is very happy with. Thanks so much

One month later. And I get a call from Diane telling me that they need to reschedule. What takes so damn long to replace a double window panel with grid? Lack of efficiency and consistency. Care less attitude from contractors and companies such as this one is why I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future. Horrible with turn around times

I reached out to Griggs & Son to cut some glass tops for our desks. Turn around time was just a few days and the price was more than reasonable. I’ll be back for any future glass or mirror projects.

Griggs and Son was recommended by my Facebook friends who are in real estate rehab business. I was looking for recommendations for the shower glass door for the mast bath renovation I was doing. The owner came out did the initial consultation when the framing was done. He gave us good suggestions on what to choose with practical terms . I felt he really put the best interest of homeowners at the 1st place, not like some sales people who only interested getting a high commission by upselling things you don't really need. After the tile work is completed, they sent out a tech to do actual measurements to prepare for glasses. This tech is very experienced and pointed out some concerns he had for the tile work which might interfere with the operation of the glass door later. I connected him with our tile guy, they talked, and my tile guy came back and corrected a few things as per their conversation. During the installation, everything went smoothly and worked out perfectly. I highly recommend Griggs and Son to anyone who has any needs for glass related projects. Take a look at their project photos on their Facebook, you will see how creative they are and the wide variety of glass work they do. I wish I have more glass related projects for them to do. :-)
