We recently completed a remodel of our master bathroom with The Kitchen and Bath Shop. The process from design with Eric to project follow through by Akif to completion of the install by Ricardo and his crew was overwhelmingly satisfying. Eric started us down the path of selecting materials and worked with us to design the perfect layout and accessories for our bathroom. Akif stepped in as the Project Manager ensuring the project ran smoothly, all materials were delivered on time and as ordered, and continuously followed up to ensure the work was being done to the specifications and more importantly, to our satisfaction. Quality and customer service was paramount and his top priority. Akif was easy to work with, professional, understood our needs, and made sure the work exceeded our expectations. Customer service, quality workmanship and delivering a new bathroom that is beyond what we could have expected was made possible by the leadership of Ricardo. Ricardo not only expected quality workmanship and customer service by his crew but he led by example as master of all construction trades. Ricardo was quick to make changes to design and layout to meet our change requests and did so without hesitation. He was great to work with and kept us informed and engaged throughout the process. Ricardo and his crew were very respectful of our property, covering floors, steps, walls and encapsulating rooms to contain dust and debris. They cleaned up every step of the way and Akif kept the construction site free of trash and debris. Overall, Akif, Ricardo, Eber, Cecelia, Fermin and Mario were delightful to work with, personable, polite, respectful, and a pleasure to have in our home. They are an elite group of young men that take pride in every detail of their workmanship. Fermin did a wonderful job installing the tile and was careful to make the pattern flow uniformly throughout the walls and flooring. Jacob added the finishing touches installing a beautifully designed and crafted shower glass enclosure. Jacob’s commitment to detail and customer service was reflected in his dedication to get the job done right and to our satisfaction. Working with the staff at The Kitchen and Bath Shop was more than a business transaction. It was about creating new experiences and developing relationships.

Frederick Kitchen & Bath did an amazing job with my new kitchen and were the one stop shop I needed to take care of everything. From the beginning with Erick’s design I was able to pick out the most perfect cabinets and layout. The team was able to work with me through a fast 2 week installation with Akif project managing every detail. Escobar and the team of staff took such precision and care in my home with the installation. Even after some unforeseen distributor cabinet delays, they didn’t stop until I was completely satisfied. The entire team were a true pleasure to work with and I can’t wait until the next project - my master bath.

Just completed final walk-thru on our new bathroom and we love it! We had several contractors look at the project and provide quotes. Kitchen and Bath Shop was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Joe provided a thorough quote, answered all of our questions and was super helpful with the design and picking out materials. They did a complete reno on the bathroom and it turned out perfect. As with any project there were a couple of issues along the way but Akif, Ricardo and Erick took care of everything and kept us in the loop at all times. Communication was great, quality of work was excellent and we will definitely be using them for future projects.

We had a great experience with KBS on our kitchen remodel. Joe was fantastic; not selling us on items we didn’t need and was open and honest when we could get better deals outside of their services. It made his recommendations and opinions that much more genuine. Akif and team were fantastic with the installation and putting our vision into reality. There are bound to be remodel issues along the way, and we weren’t immune to them, but Akif and team communicated effectively and responded to our questions and explained processes whenever we asked. We would definitely recommend KBS.

Update - We loved our kitchen so much we had Kitchen and Bath Shop come back and remodel our small master bathroom, and we absolutely love it. The pictures don't do it justice! I worked with Eric again for design (he gets what I like, gently guides if I'm picking something that won't work, solves potential trouble spots before they happen, and has ideas I'd have never thought about), Jeffrey was once again the project manager keeping us updated and informed, and Escobar and his team did the impeccable work to perfection. Highly, highly recommend this business! They start your project and work everyday until it is done with an expertise and efficiency that can't be topped. These guys are the best! We will have them back for the next project. Happy return customer. Thanks, guys! :) Love my new kitchen! Eric was the designer I worked with and he understood the look I wanted.
