I called Barbara first thing in the morning to inquire about a product I saw online. She answered all my questions, so polite and helpful. Couldn't make it to the store until after work. When I walked in John greeted me and when I told him I'd spoken to Barbara earlier in the day he showed me to a display table where they had the product pulled and waiting. I can't remember the last time I've had such personalized service. Price was great and we walked out of the store minutes later with our purchase. The showroom is awesome, a huge selection! I'll be sure to start with Best Tile for my next project. Just didn't realize they were there!

We walked into the tile store feeling pretty lost about our bathroom remodel, but thank goodness for John! He was a lifesaver. Patiently, he walked us through all the choices, making sure we found tiles that would be easy to maintain and within our budget. He has an eye for color and what goes great together. Honestly, he made the whole process feel like a breeze and we couldn't be happier. John wasn't just helpful, he made our day with his friendly, down-to-earth help. What a star! ⭐️

Best Tile in Frederick, MD was amazing!!! I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. I appreciate talking to people that know what they are talking about. I stopped in on a Saturday to ask some questions about products, Barbara was amazing, she printed all of the prices and descriptions out for me. I went home to measure and figure out how much of everything I would need, I returned on Monday to place my order, 99% of my order was in-stock for pick up that day. All I had to do, was drive around back, and they loaded my truck for me. I will absolutely shop at this location for other tile projects in the future.

I can't say enough about Best Tile and specifically, John. The store itself is welcoming, clean and neatly organized. It's easy to browse and shop around for different styles. John is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He is patient and takes the time to understand what you are looking for, answer your questions and give you advice on your project. There were no pushy sales techniques, just a conversation about tile! I am grateful to have had such a great experience at Best Tile and would recommend them to anyone!

We are building a new house out in Frederick and needed to swing by Best Tile to pick out our tile. Cindi was amazing to work with! She made sure we knew all of our options and let us pick up far too many samples from all around the store to make a mini mess while we figured out what was our style. She gave informative advice and helped guide us in the right direction. We felt like she genuinely cared about the outcome of our house, which we appreciated! We would 10/10 recommend Best Tile for anyone’s next project! Ask for Cindi! She’s great!!

My husband and I are building a house.
It’s one of the most stressful things we have done.
We couldn’t be happier with best tile. They really made the process easy.
From the moment I walked in I knew I was gonna find the tile I wanted.
Cindy was incredibly helpful and vary knowledgeable.
Tony and Cindy helped to find discounted tile to fit my budget. Cindy gave me a fully detailed design for my tile installer.
Tony went out of his way to deliver our tile after hours.
