The carpet that this company installed was poorly done. And no one called to inquire about the install of the carpet. They do not provide any documentation or information about the carpet warranty. They provide a very negative combative response if you the customer call with complaints and if you purchase their carpet believe me that you will. I am not sure how they are still in business. If you used this company beware of the things listed. If anyone recommends them it's either a scam or someone the company knows.
