I bought a piece of marble 12 inches long and 3 inches wide as a customized for me. 1) Delivery was not on time. 2) The first time when I went to pick it up, I was told that pice is ready and broken. He needs to glue it together, and I can wait for an hour. I paid over $ 300 for this. I said I wanted a new Piece because I paid for a brand new, not for a broken glued piece. I was told that you can Pick up the newly cut piece in a few days. 3) In a few days, I received a call stating that the new piece is ready for pick up. Surly, I went to pick up, and the worker was eager to put the piece in my car. I took it home, and surely they gave me the glued one . 4) I called the shop and told them that this is a broken glued piece. They were very unprofessional about my complaints. 5) I would not recommend doing business with them. It is very unprofessional and very rude in In their dealing. They lied about this whole situation.

I am absolutely ecstatic about finding A&S after another Quartz supplier dropped the ball after months of constant communication. One inquiry to Jennifer at about 3:00 PM and she solved my disaster including pics, closeups and an estimate by 4:00 PM. My wife and I drove to Frederick first thing the next morning to see Jennifer’s solution in person and we were delighted. She’s the best! Our new countertop will now be measured/templated and installed within days. Oh, and we too loved the wagging tails of the Welcome Committee once you walk through the door. Don’t overlook this hidden gem in Frederick County.

Our kitchen island was not designed for people to sit at the counter and I wanted to replace the granite counter with something larger so we could pull our stools up comfortably. The challenge was matching 20 year-old granite. I went. to to places before finding A & S Sales. They were immediately able to identify the granite type from a photo and sent me to a wholesaler to select a slab that was a close match. The service (search, estimating, measurement and installation) was thorough and thoughtful and the prices were competitive. The granite is so close to the original, that most people don't even notice the difference. I highly recommend A&S.
