This is a well-run company with good communication and high quality delivery. Went with Frederick Roof Repair for a roof replacement: the materials are excellent, the owner was involved with every step and clearly cares, and both function and aesthetics were addressed. There were no pushy sales. Highly recommend.
Stefan was very professional and set real expectations when he was giving a quote for the roof and gutters. He made sure to inspect every part of the roof from the plywood to the shingles to give us an accurate estimate of what we were going to pay. He went above and beyond when he contacted the HOA on our behalf regarding the roof replacement. We were under time constraints and he made sure to get the roof finished as timely as possible.
It was so easy to communicate with Stefan and he was directly involved from start to finish. He also offered to do minor fixes on the overhang. He is so amazing that he also tried to help us figure out where the water that leaked into our basement was coming from. Stefan is friendly, accommodating, trustworthy, sincere, and reliable.
His team is also amazing. Their professionalism, workmanship, and efficiency are all commendable. Our roof and gutters look great. I highly recommend Stefan and his team.

Amazing experience with Frederick Roof Repair (FRR), installing our new roof. Starting with the initial request for information, Stefan was very quick to reply and come meet us for survey and discussion. He was very informative with options and comparisons to others.
Our budget and timeline was taken into consideration, which solidified our decision to use FRR. The quality of installation and product exceeded expectations and we are highly satisfied customers.

Stefan was the most knowledgable of the roofers we consulted and the only one who personally did the work with his assistants. He is professional, respectful, efficient and thorough with his work. The quality of materials and work are excellent. I was impressed by his support and kindness to his assistants. I would definitely recommend Stefan to anyone needing roofing and skylight replacement.

I absolutely couldn't have chosen better local professionals than Frederick Roof Repair.
Stefan was incredibly communicative, and walked me through the contract and each step of the process with honesty and transparency.
On the day, he and his crew arrived early, worked efficiently, and exhibited a level of respect for my property that was truly commendable.
His team went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the roof was flawless, from the materials used to the precision of the installation.
Moreover, their cleanliness and organization on site were remarkable. The area around my home was left spotless.

Finally found someone I could trust to do the proper roof repair!
After describing my roofing issue, Stephan took it a step beyond and explained in detail what was to be expected, and what his level of expertise was. This was before saying “I can fix it,” and how much it would cost - Stephan assured me that he would be honest about whether or not he could do the job and wouldn’t waste my time.
He clearly explained what the underlying issue of my roof entailed, and put me at ease that it was an easy repair which previous companies I dealt with found as vantage point to charge astronomical fees!
Frederick Roof Repair Company is honest, reliable, professional and repairs are at a reasonable costs.
Trust is rare these days, and it’s good to know that great customer service still exists based on quality and honesty.

Responsive, unlike the larger roofing companies. I called Frederick Roof Repair, and Stefan showed up on a white horse (Ford Pickup) and saved my home from additional water damage. I had been waiting for almost 10 days for a local big roofing company that my homeowner insurance recommended. Each passing day, I’d hoped that no additional rain fell. The Urbana community page for residents, contained a glowing recommendation for Stefan so I called. Best decision that I could have made. I only wish that I’d known about Frederick Roof Repair sooner. Great work, fair price and Stefan was a pleasure to meet. If I ever need any roof work done in the future, Frederick Roof Repair will be my 1st choice.

I had a roof in complete disrepair. I reached out to several roofing companies and acquired estimates. From the very beginning, the owner of this company, Stefan, was responsive, attentive, and really did a fantastic job communicating and putting me at ease. This was not an easy roof job.
This company goes the extra mile, with customer service and communication. He worked with me on my ever-changing schedule. His timeline was stellar and as promised. Also setting him above the others, was a detailed communication of the product he offers. He didn't just provide an estimate, he provided detailed descriptions of his roofing system, and even took the time for long duration phone calls, to explain his product.
I wanted a company where the owner would be there, and he was involved from start to finish. I arrived after the job was done, and I could barely tell they were there. I'm very happy with this company. There's no way I would call anyone else if I need roof work. He's my roofing guy now, no doubt. I'm so happy to have found them, and to have met and conducted business with Stefan and Frederick Roof Repair.
