We have been using American Pest for around 6 years and are so pleased with their service. They are always so helpful and it’s very easy to call them and have them come over if we have a problem in between monthly services.
Their exterminators are very diligent in their work, great with answering questions and always friendly and respectful. I definitely recommend using them if you are looking for pest control services.
We have been monthly subscribers to a pest prevention service. When mice appeared in our home we called for service. Technician arrived, placed traps in multiple places. Three weeks later, we still have mice. I called and was told they could send someone out in 3 weeks!!
What am I paying for? Absolutely nothing! This company is worthless.

Called in for rat issue. Charged $300 to scatter less than $30 worth of traps and bait them. Attempt to identify point of entry resulted in a, "I don't see how they're getting in." No other service done in terms of cleaning or anything else. I'm sure they would have removed the carcasses had I scheduled the follow-up, but then I wouldn't have even kept the traps, which is the only value I received.
Wait time for scheduling was quick. Technician showed up promptly. If you are someone who cannot tolerate emptying traps then perhaps there is value. Otherwise the value for the price simply isn't there.

I have been a customer of American Pest for many years. They are excellent and Tom is always on time and does a thorough job for me. If you're looking for an efficient and customer friendly pest control service they're your people

Buyer beware- in my experience American Pest does not care about religious freedoms or the considerations of religious practitioners. Landlord had the building serviced. I asked the technician not to place traps, baits or poison as part of my religion. Landlord agreed. Technician looked me in the eyes and agreed. I'm now finding multiple glue traps in my house. This was agreed upon with the landlord and American Pest. I have the documentation. American Pest has done nothing to remedy the situation which they are well aware of, except give standard corporate responses and further show their lack of consideration. I'm still waiting on the service report to be sent so I can remove the rest of the traps that they hid around my house. Do better.

We have been a customer of American Pest Control for quite a long time. They have executed flawlessly the entire time we have worked with them. Being mindful of the fact that most of our interaction is with the technician they send out on a monthly basis, I want to give a special shout out to Michael. He is soft-spoken, but I feel very connected to him. He does a great job and takes ownership of taking care of our home. We are very fortunate to have him on our route.

The customer service was superb at every stage of the process at American Pest. The scheduling was accelerated by the service team at my request. They reviewed the appointments for several technicians to see how they could fit me in, with courtesy and professionalism. Once the treatment was applied the tech called me with his findings. He took the time to explain what he encountered and educated me on what he found. He was extremely congenial and helpful.
To conclude it was extremely refreshing to work with a team that didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them to do their job. They said what they were going to do and then did what they said.
I can highly recommend this company and would happily do business with them again.
