I have recently interfaced with two sales individuals from the Floor and Decor in Gaithersburg Maryland, Langston on 5/29/24, and today, 6/22/24, AK. On both occasions, both men have been more than helpful, patient, and attentive to helping me determine and find the materials I needed for my bathroom remodel. Floor and Decor is lucky to have these two individuals as their employees. I will use Floor and Decor as my go-to store for any future projects I embark upon.

I went to the Gaithersburg location and I had a much better experience with customer service. Nelson, one of the employees, helped me locate the tile I was looking for to complete my bathroom renovation. He loaded it for me, walked me to the counter, waited and walked me out to my car and loaded it all into my car with a smile. He was incredibly professional and with all that would not accept a tip. What an amazing human being! He should get an employee of the year award and a raise. I would suggest to anyone going there to shop, the store has so many options for floors, tile, and marble, it can become very overwhelming. I would suggest to look online in advance and have some ideas of what your looking for before going. Also, save the names so you can be pointed directly to them. You will definitely see so much more. You might even change your mind a few times with all the options but at least you will have some idea of the style your looking for. Otherwise, if you like this kind of stuff and just want to walk in, you will be in heaven with all options to make your space beautiful.

Was shopping for remodeling materials and parts. Arrived before 9am on a weekday morning, so the store was not so crowded. Was able to push the flat cart among aisles easily. There were wide variety choices of tiles for both walls and floors. The prices were fair. Nobody waiting at checkout, so quickly finished shopping within 30 minutes.

I almost wish we didn't discover Floor & Decor on the back from Costco. Huge store with excellent prices and variety. I feel like we spent hours there to sort through so many choices. The staff is excellent, patient, and accommodating. Cashier asked for the personal information (name, phone, etc.) at the checkout, which I was strange, so I respectfully declined.
