His staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient while I’m asking many questions. They always do their very best to fit you in when there is an emergency. Our HVAC unit broke down on the hottest month of the summer 2023, July, and needed a complete replacement. CoolBreeze has already replaced one HVAC unit for us in the past, so we called them again. A consultant came out that same day and in couple of hours we had a price and install proposals. As soon as our unit came in, a wonderful team of technicians came out at 7:30 in the morning and worked relentlessly until 5 pm to install everything for us. They cleaned up spotlessly after themselves and explained how everything works. In short words, Coolbreeze saved our sanity and our wallet. The best company for all your HVAC needs.

I have used the services of Cool Breeze to repair my two AC units in the past year, with the most recent being in May 2023. In both cases, they have done an excellent job with a fair price and no upselling. The same technician (Chris) had come over both times, diagnosed the problem correctly within 15 minutes, and had the repairs done in another 20 minutes. I would wholeheartedly recommend Cool Breeze to anyone looking to get their AC unit fixed.
