Our technician came on a Saturday to fix an emergency ac issue and was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. He showed us the issues he fixed and identified several problems due to improper initial installation. Ax working like a charm. I will never use anyone but Presidential ever again!

Excellent service! Desperately needed help with our AC. Called and got our appointment on the same day! (Our regular company who we had been with for over 20 years could not fit us in.) He diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it after giving us the estimate! We will definitely use you again! Thank you!

I found Presidential Heating and Air Conditioning on google and they did not disappoint! We called on a sunday, not thinking we could get someone to come same day. They made it happen though! Everyone from the receptionist on the phone to the technician were very pleasant. The pricing was also extremely fair. We didn’t feel scammed or misled in any way. The technician was super efficient and was in and out in less than an hour. I’m super thankful they were able to help get our A/C back on quickly during this hot summer!!

Presidential staff were so friendly and helpful! They were able to schedule a same day appointment and showed up on time. They were prepared with equipment for the small fixes I needed and gave a quote right away for options in the future. Highly recommend them!!

Outstanding service. After waiting a second day for another company to show up I was able to get a teck within 3 hours of my call even though this was in a Sunday during the June heat wave. Saw and fixed my problem in no time. Reasonable charge. Still waiting to hear back from the other company even though I was supposed to get Priority Treatment.
Also, fast to talk with staff and nice to receive text updates. They do have their act together.

Professional and honest advice...our 3 story townhouse has two separate systems, one conventional and one with a heat pump. Our tech nor only found the problem, which was in the heat pump, and can be expensive to repair, but Presidential also offers 0% financing for the service jobs, not just on whole house systems. So our monthly payment is affordable and interest-free. And their annual Maintenance Plan cut 20% off repair costs. Very satisfied customer.

Larry was timely, efficient, and professional. I recommend you negotiate the price for replacement parts. I also would have liked them to ensure that what they fixed is working. In my case they repaired the outside unit but didn’t want to check that it’s working with the inside hvac system/thermostat. Once the outside unit kicked on he was gone. To be fair he did repair the ac unit, but I would have liked that extra check.
