The technician was very efficient and called before arriving plus he was on time.
He explained what he would do and worked continuously. He was very courteous and pleasant.
During the inspection and updating, he found some mold in and around the central air conditioner’s drain hose.
He properly corrected it and replaced filters. He is a model technician for Rod Miller.
Rod Miller and their technician Jason were professional, quick, and gave good advice. A pleasure to have them work in our house.

Every service call or seasonal check-up we've had in the more than eight years that we've used Rod Miller has been excellent. The techs are communicative about arrival time and maintenance or other issues, and unfailingly polite. Prices always seem reasonable, as well, and it's a snap getting someone on the phone when needed.

Jason was fantastic. Very nice, very professional, and found the issue in no time. Explained everything thoroughly and got the part we need ordered. Much more reasonable quote than the prior company that took a look first. Thanks so much!

For years now, their technicians have always done a detailed inspection of our Heating and AC system. The techs are always knowledgeable and friendly. David Orellana performed our service today and was awesome!

William from Rod Miller came by to inspect and service my Heating and Air Conditioning unit today and he was great! He was very professional, great to chat with and even made a slight adjustment to where the filter went in which now makes changing it a whole lot easier. Excellent experience working with Anthony and the team at Rod Miller. Quickly diagnosed issue with our AC unit and provided good follow up recommendations. We are looking at their service contract and moving from our current HVAC company that we have been with for 10 years due to declining service levels and significant drop in creditability.

Very prompt, tech was easy to talk to. He took the time to do a complete diagnosis and explain it thoroughly. The recommendation is a system replacement, but he made repairs to keep it running for a while so I can get another quote. No hard sell. He even proposed a repair and then told me I shouldn't do it after he ultimately made the recommendation. I recommend Rod Miller highly.
