JK Moving was great to work with through the entire move process. Their sales team was responsive and communicated everything clearly. Prices were fair. The packing and moving crews took amazing care of our belongings. The move coordinator was extremely helpful both before and after our move. Miguel and his crew were very helpful and efficient when moving us into our new apartment! They put everything in the right place, always asked questions on where we wanted things, and reassembled our bedframe for us.

Update to the review. I was able to connect with Shonna, Director of Customer Care. She has made great strides to resolve the damage. I appreciate her transparency and willingness to ensure our unique antique furniture is restored.
Absolutely nightmare with J.K. Moving. Having moved several times, I have never encountered a moving experience as disastrous as the one my wife and I endured with this company. Our collection includes 16th, 18th, and 19th century furniture, each piece irreplaceable and cherished. Despite purchasing additional insurance to ensure these items were handled with care, all they received was basic shrink wrapping—no protective covers or proper boxing.
Additionally, photographs from the move depict further negligence: a 19th century solid mahogany dresser was dragged across the floor, resulting in visible damage. Another picture shows a chipped leg on a 19th century folding table, clearly due to improper handling. To top it off, a specially cut 30-inch glass piece was shattered into countless pieces. We paid for a premium TLC move but what we received was carelessness and unprofessionalism, reminiscent of hiring inexperienced high school students rather than skilled professionals. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when tasked with transporting such historically significant and delicate items.

The JK Moving Services team that came to my home to take everything out of the house I was leaving was led by Tyrell Benjamin. They were very careful with all of my belongings, and they took great care to make sure everything was carefully wrapped, handled, and placed on the truck. The team was both professional and courteous, and I was very impressed. I whole-heartedly recommend them!

We worked with Joe to get an estimate for our move. He was extremely helpful and informative, and really taught me a lot about the moving industry. In the end we hired another company due to a combination of dates and price for our particular move, but I would not hesitate to call JK Moving again in the future. Really great customer experience!

JK Moving did an excellent job in moving our belongings to our new apartment. Nothing was damaged and everything was wrapped to protect it. Our moving crew was Aaron, Terrance, and Eric. We will be using them again when we move into our new house.

Hiring JK was my best move! We were extremely satisfied. From the estimator, to the packers and to the movers the whole experience was outstanding. Their team of professionals work well together. The move was flawless. Nothing lost or broken. Easy to communicate with the move coordinators the entire time. The customer service is the best in the industry. JK kept all their promises - the protected my house floors, walls and doors at both locations. Their packing exceeded our expectations - everything carefully protected and accurately labeled. We were so impressed with the driver we invited him to stay in our new home. (he didn't but he felt like family by the end of the move!) My husband is retired military and moved numerous times - he said this was his best/easiest move by far. We highly recommend JK Moving services
