They arrived at a timely manner, they were very respectful as well. They did a good job replacing the AC, which had a rusted out coil. Our old thermostat then malfunctioned and they came right away and replaced it. Steve was very easy to talk to as well. Would definitely recommend.

I’m so thankful for Stephen and his team at S&L for fixing my broken heating. Making an appointment was super easy on the website and the team came out in less than 24 hours. They were flexible when I had to shift the appointment due to a last minute conflict. Stephen spoke to my landlord on the phone and communicated the issue clearly and his recommended solution. He also took detailed photos and explained to me what exactly had happened to cause the issue. His team proceeded to get to work and were able to fix it that same day, working late to get the job done as fast as they could. I also appreciated that they put down mats and wire shoe covers to avoid bringing in dirt and snow. Thank you S&L team! Will absolutely use them again in the future.
