Never showed up. Had contractors put in the request for them to come to property and mark for utilities to have a new deck installed. For WEEKS we were told someone would come and no one has shown up still. We are now left a barren yard with no deck where we cannot start any work because Miss Utility has ignored all attempts at contact from both us and the contractor.

called them to have verizon phone line and xfinity cable identified. utiliquest came out and identified some lines but failed to id others.

Not Reliable, Not Responsive. Received ticket no. and timeframe for the work request; however, noone ever showed up to mark the property. Contacted the office and always received inaccurate information. They get an "F" for reliability and competence for public service. Garbage company.

I placed my request online and yhey came within a couple of days. They were very nice and marked all the places in case I needed it for later. Which is great because I do have some projects that I plan to do in parts. Very nice people!
