In the process of buying a new home and our home inspector was a no show. We were in a bind because we couldnt get an extension so the inspection needed to be done that day. My realtor reached to Next Level Home Inspections and Ken came out the same day and within three hours of talking to him. Ken was great, thorough and kind. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was told the home inspection was 450.00, which is true but, there was a well and septic inspection, termite inspection and maybe one or two others, can't remember but, when I received the invoice, it was in the amount of $1,289.00!!! Overall great job done by Ken.
