The young man by the name of Day came to our establishment Scrubs and Beyond and services my fire things. He was pleasant and work very efficient except for the fact that he was carrying around a clipboard instead of a tablet that probably would being quicker for him instead of writing everything down. Very knowledgeable, work around my customer, was very quiet in putting things in place and changing out my battery. So again, great job Mr. Day. We have been using F&M services for around 10 years. They are responsive and reliable, especially since Kristina recently came on board. She is very professional and responsive. And Day, the technician who helped us today was also very professional and cordial. I planned to schedule a routine maintenance of our fire extinguishers sometime later in the month. Then I saw the F&M truck parked on my block. I called Krisina and asked if it would be possible for their technician to stop by our building too. She called me back within five minutes and let me know that the technician was on his way. A minute or two later, he was at my door. He did everything within about 30 minutes, which included replacing one fire extinguisher - he had a truck full of already charged replacement extinguishers. Summary: Great service, pleased to work with F&M. Highly recommend.
