I recently had all of my windows replaced and one single window was the wrong size. Supreme blamed my contractor and replaced it with the wrong style. Once I realized it was the incorrect window and not what I paid for, I asked for it to be replaced. They refused to help and blamed my contractor despite me offering them another $2000 job and many more. They simply would not do anything for me. I paid for a certain style of window and they gave me the wrong size first, then the wrong window(cheaper than what I paid for), and told me it was my contractors fault and there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend this company because they are short sighted and will not help you out as a paying customer. They would prefer to blame the contractor and throw away future business rather than make the customer happy and get future work. They do not care if you are happy with your product at all. It was only a $200 window they wouldn't replace despite me having a new $2000 job for them. They didn't care at all that i received the wrong product and had future work. The salesman, Uriel, told me "we don't do that we don't give out free windows" as if I didn't have another job in waiting for them and as if I didn't pay for the window to begin with. My initial job was $1700 and the new job I was offering them was $2000. So I was giving them $3700 in work and simply asking for one single $200 to be replaced to the product I paid for. As a Realtor I would have given them many, many more jobs for just a simple $200 window that I had paid for. They would not. Extremely disappointed.

Ever since an HD employee recommended Supreme Windows, I have used and recommended them to all my clients. Had I known about SW, I never would have used one of those window companies that come to your house to sell you the same thing you can get from SW for half the price...I could have saved 5k and spent 6k instead of 11k. Now I pass what I know on to my clients so they can enjoy new windows without the sticker shock.
The waiting time can be long-it was at times during and right after the pandemic, due to material shortage, but that was the same everywhere else. The wait was always worth it.
Customer service is excellent, as is the communication. Quotes are thorough and easy to understand: please note that you need to provide the rough opening size, and they will make sure to select the correct window size. Pick-up is simple and everyone is helpful and giving a hand to get you loaded.
This is my go-to for anything window-related.
I do need to mention that the contractor I work with does the installation. I have only ordered the windows, never had SW install them.

I purchased windows last winter and the service wasn't bad. The windows look great. Only problem is the windows are subject to drafts as if the wind is coming through the glass. I've talked to the company several times. They've inspected to no conclusion. This winter we really felt the drafts. The cost is great but you might want to go triple pane or you just may be unsatisfied like me.

We recently had all of the windows in our house replaced by Supreme Window. Our house was built in 1920 and still had the original, beautiful windows installed over 100 years ago. The original windows were drafty and had begun to really wear, so it was time to replace them. Bryan at Supreme helped us pick the perfect wood windows to replace the originals. In fact, you can hardly tell they are not the originals, aside from the functionality and how clean they are! The windows facing the side and back of the house were replaced with high quality, more economical vinyl windows that match the esthetic and also work great. The installation team was lovely, very knowledgeable, and fast. They covered our furniture in plastic and left each room exactly the way they found it. We could not be happier with our experience with Supreme Windows.

I have been in the home investment business for over 5 years and Supreme Aluminum always deliver great quality in a timely manner. If there are any delays THEY pick up the phones and contact YOU. As a real estate investor this is priceless since time is money, and having that additional customer service is great when coordinating with your contractors. Joseph Mendez is THE person to go to... He has great people skills and above all GREAT customer service.

Excellent work and customer service, from sending estimates to completing the project in a timely and professional manner. The installation of eight large windows in my condo could not have gone more smoothly. The office staff clearly communicated the terms of the contract, project timeline, and safety protocols necessary for 2020. The installation team arrived both days on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up immediately, and was extremely respectful of my condo neighbors. Also, certainly not least, but the windows are just lovely. I'm so pleased. I would highly recommend Supreme Windows and would use them again in the future without question.
