Scott started the inspection by telling me what he would be doing and how long it would take. Once he was done he walked me through each part of the home and outside to explain what was found and what he suggested based on those findings. He was very thorough and even spotted something that the pest inspection had overlooked. He was very pleasant and on time, my process was very smooth. I would recommend Blue Crab to anyone.
