DB Genesis refinished our flooring giving us the exact results we wanted. Their team of flooring specialists and painters were very polite and professional. The end results are fantastic. While not the cheapest option out there, their pricing matches the quality of service and timeliness. For optimal results, communication both ways is essential. As a customer, ask them questions, show them photos of what you like, explain your budget and timeline, etc. Raul was the project manager assigned to us and was very good at explaining the process, options, and aftercare. The invoices received are itemized and allow for multiple payment options to include credit card. Overall very pleased and would hire again.
Note: For our red oak floors, we did a darkened Jacobean stain (adds a water popping/alcohol technique to make wood grain more vivid). We did the Bona Traffic HD finish for an extra cost.
Dony and his team were SO professional , stayed on schedule and did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors. Dony was always available by phone & in person if needed. They even repaired a large portion of my dining room floor boards that were rotted - to perfection. Their prices are EXCELLENT, they are very competitive and even gave me a discount. Their work is FABULOUS and they clean up every day before they leave. My floors look so awesome, I will be telling all my friends and family about DB Genesis company & Dony. Best decision for my home - they took my floors from nice to SIMPLY AWESOME !

These guys know what they are doing. Professional service with results. They were able to reduce their fees to try to match a competing quote. I had about 500 sq feet to resurface, stain and seal. I’m happy about the end product. Book early because they fill up and I had to wait 2 weeks in advance to get the job done. I like how they give you 4 samples on your floor and allow you to choose.

We needed to get some really old rough floors refinished (see stained orange in photo) before we moved in on a tight timeline. They did an awesome job and completed everything on time to estimate. We were able to see the samples requested, choose the finish, and then left the house to them for 2 days. They advised us on which boards couldn't be saved and replaced with a perfect match. The final product looks amazing and will last us many years (after with white walls). Highly recommend and we'll use them again if we need further work done.

DB Genesis did a fantastic job sanding, painting, and staining my parents’ stairs. My parents love the fact they can use the stairs safely with the non-slip coating. Great communication, fair price, and completed the job on time. Would definitely use them again. See 2 before and 2 after photos.
