Cancelled the planned window washing 30 minutes prior to the job because it was too cold. They stated it needed to be more than 45 degrees, which was never in the forecast and unlikely in mid-November at 10:30 am. I had stayed home from work to be available during appointment. I don’t know how their rating is 4.9 with that level of customer service.

Absolutely thrilled with the work from Brightview! Tom and Hudson were fantastic! Both gentleman were extremely professional, keeping their distance and masks inside during this uncertain time, not requested by us. They took absolute pride in their work and Wow did it show. I know why our neighborhood is Team Brightview! We are excited to join in with the cleanest house and windows on Lake Gaston and we will see this crew for maintenance again before the holidays!

Brightview Cleaning

We recently had Brightview cleaning perform house cleaning and window cleaning. I have to say that the entire team was incredibly nice and they did a fantastic job. They were all very hard-working when they came. They arrived on time and worked until they finished the job. One of the owners Mike was there to supervise everything and he worked hard as well! Everybody was super nice to us and I trusted them from the start. I highly recommend their services to anybody looking for a good cleaning crew. They knew exactly what they were doing especially with a cedar roof and some challenging windows. Five stars for sure
