Jacob responded to an inquiry I submitted on Facebook to drywall a new interior wall in our basement. Within a day he visited us and took a look at our project, and got us a reasonable quote quickly. Jacob got us on his schedule to come complete the work the next week. He was timely, efficient, and the work was well done. We are very happy with the work he did for us, and were excited we could find someone on such short notice to help us with a smaller project like this. I would highly recommend Jacob and his company!
We've used Jacob and his team for two projects now. The first time we used them was to repair drywall damage from a leaking pipe in our first-floor ceiling. When doing the patch and repair we also had Lavender flatten our stomp pattern ceilings to modernize them. Jacob and the team finished the project exactly on time, on budget, and went above and beyond to ensure we could still use our home while drywall was being sanded throughout the entire first floor. They used multiple dehumidifiers to ensure the mud on the ceiling dried evenly and quickly in the heat and humidity of August here in Maryland.
Recently we had Jacob repair water and insect damage on the exterior of our bay window. Jacob offered to investigate the damage and repair as he went as opposed to only quoting a full replacement without seeing the damage. Turns out, the damage to the window structure wasn't as bad as we were all expecting and he was able to replace the boards that were damaged, and returned the structure to good-as-new.
We are going to have Jacob quote a partial bathroom remodel next. We truly cannot recommend Lavender Construction enough!

Lavender Construction recently remodeled our master bathroom. Jacob turned our outdated bathroom into what feels like a bright, luxurious spa! Jacob is hard working. He was dedicated to finishing our project on time and to our satisfaction. He’s a meticulous and skilled professional. He was flexible when things didn’t go according to plan. We had delayed items, extra plumbing work, and an after-hours countertop delivery. Jacob stayed calm throughout. He was a pleasure to work with. We plan to call him for future projects.

Lavender Construction is a very professional organization. Jacob recently installed a kitchen back splash for us. Our kitchen is 22 years old so this definitly provided a face-lift to our space. His workmanship was superb and I will definitely be using his company in the future. His prices were reasonable and I was appreciative of the care he took of our home.

Jacob and Lavender Construction did a great job with a list of small home repair and maintenance projects we had recently. He was also very flexible in working with our schedule, as well as fitting the projects in quickly, both of which were greatly appreciated. Jacob gave good advice regarding the options for each project and explained what he was going to do at each step (thank you, Jacob!). From the initial contact, to scheduling, the project work and wrap-up, he was professional, great to work with, prompt and very responsive. I look forward to working with him again on future home projects.
