Called B&B about the air conditioner not running. In less than an hour the technician, Nelson, arrived and quickly got it running. Very happy to have a cool house in the summer months. Five star service!
Mike D and Darryl C were awesome! They were very patience explaining how the mini split works and all the different functions on the remote. They were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend B & B Air Conditioning and Heating!

Our A/C stopped working on July 4th weekend. B&B Air Conditioning was willing to come out that day, and was at our house within hours. Michael, the technician, repaired the unit quickly and efficiently. What a lifesaver on a holiday weekend!!

Nelson was a true pro and a high quality guy!
He found and fixed the problem with our AC in minutes, describing in detail the work he performed.
The whole process from phone call to finish only took a couple of hours.

Our first encounter with B&B was with Nelson Benitez and resulted in our immediate signing with them for an Annual Maintenance Contract. Nelson is the sharpest JVAC Tech I’ve encountered in 40 years dealing with them. First off, after a long day of searing heat and other service calls he still responded to our request for a “check out” (we had just moved/bought this house days ago and were unfamiliar with the heat pump). In this split (4 level) house, the top floor was unbearable with outside temps in high nineties. Most techs would’ve concluded “unit undersized” or “get a minisplit”. He did a thorough inspection, analysis, climbed into hellish hot attic (now 9:30 PM) - didn’t take the easy. Route. Discovered (in the Bowlels of the furnace room) an old manual damper to the upstairs that had been shut. Problem solved (vs $8k mini split install). Everything cool now, upstairs & down. Going to have them upgrade that old manual to a remote controlled damper $ 2 thermostats. far better (and cheaper) solution. Nelson is a star and I’m hoping it him they send next (and every) time. I used to dream of having employees like him - but they are few and hard to find.

12/20 our furnace died! After 2 companies came out and told us the motor and another part needed to be replaced but they couldn't get the motor because they've been back-ordered for months, their reps quoted us $25,000 and $22,000 for installing new systems. B&B came, actually looked at the motor (which the other companies did not) and determined that the motor was fine - we only needed the other part and they had it in stock. This morning two technicians came and installed the part ... we have heat and they've saved us $20,000. We are switching our service contract to them - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nick C. And Hassan did an amazing job replacing the old furnace. They were so very patient with my frustration and addressed every one! And completely cleaned the area as well!

I have been with B&B for over 14yrs when it was time to get my 3 AC units replaced, I bid the work out and they came back with the best value quote. The team you sent, Paul the Technician and his helper Michael did a very professional job, they were courteous and knowable. The job site was cleaned, and all the old units and trash were removed. All 3 AC units have been replaced and quality control inspector was sent to inspect the completed work. The couple of minor items he found will punched out this Friday. finished. Reay for the summer.
Paul was back on Friday to finish the punchlist and everything is working fine. just in time for the summer.
