Sales guy (name D***) ghosted me as my renovation job neared, and I had to scramble to find another door supplier. Had a couple back and forth calls and emails to hammer out details w/ him. Then I was expecting him to send an updated quote the next day. A few days later I called and was transferred to his line, after several minutes, someone picked up and put me back on hold without speaking to me 2-3 times. Then I got xfer'd to his vmail greeting, so I left a message. Next day I called again and a young woman suggested I email him. She sent me his email which matched what I already had. I emailed him again and asked if he was still waiting to hear from the manufacturer. I also pointed out that my reno was beginning in exactly a week, so time was of the essence. Nothing, no response on any medium.

Friendly staff and large diverse selections! I was looking for some inspiration for new molding and was overwhelmed with all the options. I started talking to Dane and gave him a rough idea of what I was looking for and he showed me exactly what I wanted. I showed him picture of my existing molding to figure out how to configure the new layout and he patiently / respectfully answered all my questions. Dane also offered many alternative solutions and ideas on how to make everything work and in the end I felt confident with the project. 100% recommend American Cedar & Millwork and will be back to finish out the rest of the house!

Kristin is incredible. She helped us remodel our outdated, crumbling kitchen into our dream kitchen. Kristin worked with us through our ever changing budget, BIG DREAMS, and inability to make decisions with grace. She probably started our kitchen over- COMPLETELY- about six times when I would change the smallest detail. She literally thought of EVERYTHING. Thanks to COVID we also had to work through some manufacturing concerns and Kristin took on all the extra work without ever being asked. If you're remodeling- you need to go see her! Next up... master bath!
