Closed to public. Have to order over phone and they don't answer. Need to update their hours as they close at 1530 instead of 1600.
Super friendly office staff and they were very accommodating with what we needed. The spindles we requested turned out perfectly!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Please do not do business with this company. I called and placed a custom order and was told that it would take one week. I called one week later and was told that my piece couldn't be made in the shop and was outsourced. Due to the change in plans it would be another week. I called on the date informed and was told that it would be another week. The price quote was expensive but since i was informed that it would take a week, i went ahead and paid the cost. I requested a refund due to all the changes and was informed that the policy states that custom orders cannot be refunded. I reminded them that i was quoted a week and that my piece would be made in house and not out sourced. I requested to speak to a manager and after waiting on hold for 5 mins, i was informed that the manager is busy and will see if the order can be stopped and call me back. The customer service is truly lacking and i will never spend another dime with this company. If i was going to wait over a week, i could've paid a cheaper price and recieved it in the same amount of time that this company is now advising me. Not one time did they reach out to me to provide updates, each time i had to call them just to find out more changes. Now, they will not refund my money and basically just told me to wait until it comes which push back the time for my installation. ###RUNNNNNN#####

I placed my order through Amazon with standard shipping from G & T on Wednesday 1/15/20 in the evening and my 4 and 6 foot red oak railing systems were delivered on Friday 1/17/20 (less than 2 business days)!
I'll be installing my railings a week earlier than I planned because of G & T's outstanding service! Also, the material quality looks great based on my initial inspection. Thank You G & T, keep up the excellent work!

We ordered 7 newel posts to refinish the stairway in our house from G&T through their Amazon storefront. Based on the delivery times, we expected to have them just before our contractor would begin the project. Within a day of placing the order, G&T realized that their supplier was backordered and called us to let us know that the posts would likely not get to us until about a week after we expected. They were very apologetic and wanted to make sure we were fully aware of the situation. We ended up working with them to figure out when they would get to their warehouse, and they gave us the option to pick them up to save both delivery time and cost. Everyone we spoke with was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they always returned our calls and provided us with prompt updates on the status of the posts. The products themselves are excellent, and it was a pleasure to work with the team at G&T. If we ever have a need to purchase more stair supplies in the future, we'll definitely look here first.
