Initially, it was difficult to get through the automated phone line, but once I got through I was relieved at the quality of service received from this company. Matt and Jonathan from Bayside are superb. Both were able to help work through an issue at my rental property that was being bounced back and forth between contractors. The plumber didn’t want to touch a sprinkler line that connected to my toilet (old code grandfathered in) and was not communicating well about the problem. He actually missed the bathroom leak after going out to do some other repair work. Matt was able to research the issue, communicate the problem to me clearly, and get it quickly repaired. Jonathan saved the day by calming my renter and explaining what was going on. This was a major help considering other mold remediation and repair work that was going on in the rental causing some serious tension. Thank you Bayside for getting the job done in a timely manner and the 5 star customer service!
Matt was SO helpful, even after hours! He answered all our questions and followed back up in the morning to verify that everything was taken care of. We will definitely call this company again.

So grateful that Bayside Fire was able to come help me out in an emergency situation. My sprinkler head had went off in my living room and we had to cut all water to our house. I called and they came out immediately, fixed the sprinkler head and we were able to get water back on, which is super important in a family with small children. Our technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease in a very stressful situation. I appreciate their prompt response and kindness. The answering service was also very genuine and expedited our issue to get prompt attention. Grateful I was able to find them.

Great service by Matt and Jonathan to get my leaky fire sprinkle head fixed. They were able to squeeze me in to their schedule in less than 3 hours. They got the water turned off and a new sprinkler head installed early the next day. They explained everything they were doing and even let me tag along to watch and ask questions. Great guys and easy to work with.

Bayside responded to us immediately, accurately identified the issues we had and promptly and professionally repaired our equipment. We also switched our monitoring to Bayside which was a problem before, but not now. Thanks to Matt and the others at Bayside for such great service and pricing.
