I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. The service was the worst I've ever experienced. They constantly delay completing the project . I signed up for a patio project, and even after four months paying amount, the work remains incomplete. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. I strongly don't recommend using this company for any project. They do not deliver on their promises.

My neighbor used this company to install her patio, which looks nice; however, I would not use or recommend them to anyone I know due to a lack of common courtesy. I live in a community of townhouses in an end unit and you have to go through my yard to get to the neighbors. Without any prior notice or communication they used my property as a cut thru and working area. They just showed up and started moving items in my yard and completely blocking my cars in my driveway. When I was going to leave, the cement driver stated he was almost empty, so I put my plans off. This is when I saw the damage that was done to the grass. It had been raining for about a week and the grass was really wet. I spoke to the supervisor about the damage, and he stated, “We put grass seed, and it will be as good as new.” After they left for the day, I took a closer look, and those areas needed to be replaced with new sod. I called the following day, and they said, “We’ll be out there today and will take a look”. They did not come speak to me or notify me that they were there, they just put some grass seed down with no ground prep and left. When it rains all night, and you are moving wheelbarrows of wet cement, you would think that the area you will use is solid and you have permission to use the sites around; if not, make it look like you were never there. The pictures show what about ten pieces of 2x4 will do to wet grass when the route is about 85 feet.

Mid Atlantic Concrete and Improvements did an Outstanding job for me. Two sidewalks in front of my house and a back door safety handrail. All work was done in a competent and professional manner from forming, concrete, handrail carpentry and final cleanup. A special thanks to Jake and Jack for a job well done. I highly recommend this company for any project, any size and complexity

Alex and his crew did an excellent job creating my front steps and the foundation. They were on time and efficient. I highly recommend them. They have a payment plan that fits your budget.

I put my down payment and signed my contract in mid June for an extension on an existing patio. The contract states " stamp and dye concrete as close to existing pad as possible" with a start date in approximately 3-8 weeks. After 8 weeks went by, I reached out to get update and was told it would start the following week. The job was completed quickly and the crew was professional. On the day of completion during the walk through the project manager stated it came out a little lighter than your other pad, however when wet this was not as noticeable and it was dusk so I didn't think anything of it. I paid my final payment the day of completion when the concrete was still wet. The next day I realized how light the new pad was. I reached out to the project manager and she said it needed a few days to reach full color. I waited several days, new pad still significantly lighter than the existing pad. I had to reach out several times to get a response and I was sent several concrete stains to look at and none of them were even close to matching existing pad which is a medium grey.. the samples sent were all browns, coppers, and blacks. I asked if they had other options and also brought up that I now noticed the new pad of concrete wasn't draining properly and puddles appeared after rain. The owner responded and stated he was looking into options and that he would be out to look at the job sometime that week. Two weeks go by and I had to follow up to ask what the status was. On 9/25/23 I received another email from the owner stating they issued a service order for my project and will be out in the next 2-3 weeks for the repairs; 2 weeks later, I sent a follow up email and asked that they please let me know so I can be there to approve repairs. It is now November 4, 2023 and I haven't heard anything. These are pictures of the difference and the puddling. Very disappointing that I've had to reach out so many times and I'm still waiting for a resolution. Please note I waited 2 months post project completion to post this review in hopes they would resolve the issues prior. Update 1/8/2023- I'm still waiting for any repairs or contact from the company. Unprofessional.

Mid-Atlantic Concrete decided to work on my brick mailbox a few hours before an afternoon thunderstorm which washed away most of the work they had done. I have repeatedly tried to contact them to repair the damage (see pics) but they have been unresponsive. Mailbox looks terrible. They were also supposed to apply an acid wash to my front brick steps according to the contract I had with them but they didn't do that either. Would not do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone for concrete repairs. Two months later after the original work - I still have not been contacted by Mid-Atlantic and my mailbox still looks terrible.

Mid Atlantic did a great job on my concrete walkway. However, Not happy with my brick steps though. It seems that most of my old bricks were re used to complete the project. I was told that I would be getting new risers and steps.
