The man they sent to my home was AWESOME! He was nice, answered alll of my questions, and was clean. He brought his own shoe covers and explained the process.
The ONLY thing I wish was that the company sealed possible entrance/exit points & hole for rodents. Other than that GREAT customer service.

Acutech Pest Management is a company I would highly recommend! They are customer service oriented, and they are extremely knowledgeable about all sorts of pests that I am not knowledgeable about. I love that they are a small local company with extremely courteous technicians and easy to talk to staff in the office. I use them at two house locations and I’m very happy with their service. They definitely earn a five star rating in my book!!!

Great company! Requested a free quote on the company website. I was contacted the next day to set up an appointment. The technician that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable on how to get rid of a raccoon. The terms for the service was very reasonable. They set up the trap and came everyday to check on it. Once the raccoon was trapped they took care of the removal and disposal of the pest. The raccoon bore a hole through my roof which allowed rain water to enter the attic and cause a lot of damage to my walls and ceilings. Thanks to ACCUTECH we are free of the raccoon.

So far I have worked with Accutech for an estimate and signed a contract for monthly yard treatments, which I have had one. Every interaction with anyone at Accutech has been very responsive, professional and courteous. I emailed to schedule an estimate, it was promptly answered and scheduled within a couple days. The tech, Nick was on time, answered all our questions and provided promised paperwork within an hour of the visit. After signing the contract, I spoke to a very pleasant lady in the office who took her time to go over the process and get my first treatment scheduled. Nick again arrived on time, was polite and completed the job quickly after briefly speaking to me about the service. The online billing is also easy to use. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find these days! Keep it up!
