Great experience replacing a hot water heater in a condo. Oddly enough the original hot water hater was a commercial grade heater and when requesting quotes - I received some that wanted to just replace with a replica versus determining if there was a more economical way to replace the hot water heater and still maintain the quality of usage. Ryan took the time to research possible options and I truly appreciated his time to provide quality work and a reasonable price. Thank you Ryan and team!

I had a few concerns after the initial inspection of a ceiling leak, but the owners were extremely helpful and immediately reached out to help me and listen to my concerns. I am extremely appreciative for their hard work, for coming back out to look for the cause of the leak, and for repairing the problem. They run an excellent company and I fully recommend hiring them - I will certainly be contacting them again for assistance if I have future problems.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Local plumbers, came within 3 hours of my initial call. Ryan was courteous, knowledgeable, and got right to work. I had a water tank fully replaced within 6 hours of making my first call. Parts and labor warrantied for 6 years. Also, incredibly reasonably priced. Won’t ever call a different plumber…the Baltimore area is lucky to have him!

The service was great and tech (Jeremy) was very nice and courteous. Would be 5 stars but the price for 30 minutes of snaking a clogged kitchen sink was 395! Had I read the reviews about others charged this price for a clog I may have looked at other providers. Went to support the local merchant to me. Seems a bit high for a short service call. I haven't used a plumber in a while and maybe that's the going rate but I will ask for pricing next time.

Contacted Elite about problems with electric tankless water heater. Response was fast and courteous. After determining problems were due faulty original installation, Ryan offered multiple options for addressing problem. Opted for new gas tankless water heater. Installation was prompt and well done. Extremely happy with the results. Enjoyed working with Ryan and Ashley.

“Best” plumbing company on the planet. I requested a quote from Elite Plumbing to replace and upgrade my hot water heater to tankless hot water heater. Ryan provided a detailed estimate and explained the process of a tankless water heater. We decided to go forward with installation. Ryan removed and installed the new heater which looks like a piece of art. Ryan and his team member cleaned and vacuumed their work area and provided instructions as to operation and maintenance of our new hot water heater. My wife and I have been using the new tankless water heater for two weeks now and absolutely love it. Thanks so much Ryan.

Had a problem with my sump pump that had an underbelly in the line that was bringing some of the discharged water back up through the pipe. Researched reviews and came across Elite Plumbing and saw all favorable reviews so gave them a call. Samantha scheduled for the tech (Jeremy) to come that same day, saw the issue, and a couple days later, he and the owner replaced the pipe. Very satisfied.

Very responsive company with affordable pricing for a sewer line replacement! We contacted Elite Plumbing for an estimate to replace our sewer line. Ryan came out the same day and provided us with an estimate right away. Two days later, the entire job was complete! Ryan and his team at Elite were very efficient and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. We are super impressed with how quickly and smoothly the entire process went and we'll continue to contact Elite for any future plumbing needs!
