My AC unit stopped working correctly and warm air started being sent out. Tried another company but they were not responsive. After researching Alpha popped up and it lived up to its great reviews. John, the technician had great communication and showed up in the timeframe stated. Quickly diagnosed the problem, and has my AC unit working correctly and for a reasonable/fair price. Alpha should have been my first call and will be my go to for HVAC repairs from now on. I highly recommend them/John. Great service, pricing, and timeliness.

Great service, from beginning to end. Timely, courteous. Answered all my questions. Explained how to use the new system. Very neat installation job. Cleaned up after they completed the job.

I have used Alpha Heating & Air twice. Once for a furnace issue in Dec 2022 and, recently, for an HVAC with a broken compresser. The entire team is responsive and kind, from the owner to the technicians to the scheduler. I was offered same day appointments on both occassions. The technicians were professional and clean.
I am a renter with a landlady who only speaks Greek. I am used to pricing contractors and handling the process. Steve, the owner of Alpha, happens to speak Greek....which made communication with my landlady even easier.
I would give this company 10 stars if I could.

I was very pleased with the service appointment for my AC.
John the technician was professional and answered my questions.
I now have a service contract and he will be back in the fall. My daughter and son-in-law needed an estimate on a new HVAC unit and Alpha showed up with good suggestions and were hired to do the work.

Always have a great experience with Alpha Heating & Air. Most recently, during a terrible heat wave, our AC stopped working. We have two dogs and a small baby so waiting a few days for someone to come out was not an option. Thankfully, Alpha came within a few hours, diagnosed and repaired our AC system and had it back up and running so quickly, at a fair price. By the time I returned just a couple of hours later, the house was already cooled back down. Can't recommend them enough!

Alpha recently did 2 jobs for us. After seeing the meticulous job they did at my mom's, i immediately called them for my son's house. Their attention to detail, efficiency, and customer service are 2nd to none! Best in this business. Call them! You will not be disappointed.

Recently had a Fujitsu mini split installed in our new addition. We needed to have its maintenance . Our current HVAC told us we don't do that brand. Our former one also said they did not work on Fujitsu. So we went on the Fujitsu website and got 3 different companies that were certified to do the work. I called all 3. Only one got back to me in about an hour. I still haven't heard back from the other 2. They made an appointment for the next day and came out on time. The technician was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about everything. We were happy with how the job turned out. We have a separate AC and heating unit for the rest of our home and we will be using Alpha to do future maintenance annually and any HVAC work as needed. Impressed by the response and prompt service.
