Our second project with Beautiful Home Service! They did a complete redo of our Master Bath and brought it from the 60's (the tub was stamped Dec 6, 1962 on the bottom) up to modern standards and design. They also installed a new window and exhaust fan. The project exceeded my expectations and is truly amazing.

In late 2020 I purchased a house that needed a lot of work. BHS has worked with me to turn it into my dream home. Whether it be painting, bathroom renovation or gutting and redoing the whole kitchen the team at BHS provided quality service and beautiful results. I am so grateful to Andrew, Craig, Sergio and all of the employees that I worked with along the way. I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you BHS!

Everyone I worked with for our bathroom remodel was superb. The salesman who came to our home to help design and provide the quote was friendly and helpful. We remodeled out basement bathroom and he didn't try to upsell us on anything and was upfront and realistic about what we could accomplish in our budget.
We really enjoyed the process of meeting with the tile and fixture people to pick out what we wanted.
Carlos was assigned as our project manager and he was wonderful. He stopped by every few days to check on the progress, set daily emails with updates, and did our final walkthrough to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Their work crew was friendly, prompt, and ensured we were happy every step of the way. The project ended exactly on time.
We will absolutely be reaching out to them for all our future remodeling needs.

It was a pleasure to work with BHS: Andrew, Craig, Sergio, Roberto, Deanna - and many, many more after purchasing our new home in Poolesville, Maryland. They worked with us to develop a scope of work and pricing to meet our budget and schedule that was fair, reasonable and an Excellent value for the money. Then, they Absolutely Nailed the project!
BHS painted our entire first floor, our stairwell, hallway upstairs and two bedrooms, replaced a kitchen backsplash, installed a shelf and countertop in our laundry room, installed new shelves in our pantry, installed multiple ceiling fans in our bedrooms and kitchen, and built us the most beautiful built-in cabinet/book case/media wall in our family room - complete with Phillips Hue LED lights that accent the project beautifully. Total project time was about 14 days.
What amazed me was their professionalism, adherence to our project schedule, the cleanliness of the house after each day, the kindness and manners of the crews, the speed with which they worked, and the Superb Quality of the work they did. Sergio was a great project manager who clearly has the respect of his crew who followed his instructions. He showed up to meetings on time (if not early), answered my phone calls and texts, or called me back within the hour after leaving a voice mail. He was polite, courteous and respectful at all times – as was each member of his team. We felt our home was in safe hands at all times.
A note about problem solving: All projects will have bumps along the way whether anticipated or not. BHS's approach to problem solving was exceptional. In every case they maintained professionalism, a willingness to adapt or modify things that weren't quite exactly perfect yet, handling change orders on the fly and going the extra mile to make sure we were 100% satisfied. To be clear: Every question we asked was answered with: "Yes, No problem" and Results were Fully Delivered.
Every. Single. One.
Our new house (still unpacking) looks better that we could have imagined, and we owe it all to BHS. We look forward to more projects with them, and Highly Recommend contacting them for projects in your home.
