Contacted Home Depot who assigned my service repair to Maryland Appliance Repair. Home Depot said that Maryland Appliance Repair would be there Tuesday. They arrived Friday. The repair man said he would order the part. Approximately 10 days later they called to tell me they could be out later that week to install the part. A different repair man came out and said there is nothing wrong with that part, it's another part. Approximately another 10 days go by and I called them to find out that they would again be out later that week to install the new corrected parts. The same repair man came out installed the new corrected parts and said you are good to go. However, no I was not. Upon running the dishwasher through several cycles my dishwasher was still not cleaning. Another phone call to Maryland Appliance Repair resulted yet another repairman to come out and diagnose the issue. I found a small part in the bottom of the dishwasher and showed it to him. He said that it was a ball bearing and attempted to figure out where it could have come from. Having no luck he said, never mind that is not a ball bearing, I don't know what that is and said I will again order your parts. Another 10 days go by, and I attempted to call them and could not get anyone to answer. I called Home Depot in hopes they would assist me as it has now been almost 2 months with no dishwasher. He informed me that Maryland Appliance Repair had received the parts 2 days ago. I said no one has called me to schedule an installation date. He said he would call them. He came back on the line and said they would be here within 8 days to install the corrected corrected parts. He said you can call them directly to see if you can get more details. So that I did. I was informed by Brittany that yes the earliest they could get me scheduled was in 8 days. All in all, I would never recommend Maryland Appliance Repair to anyone I know. They failed to communicate, failed to accommodate me, failed to diagnose the problem on 3 service calls, by 3 different repair men. They failed to even attempt to get me scheduled quickly after all their delays, disruptions, and misdiagnosed problems in order to make up for their failed attempts at fixing the dishwasher.
Maryland Appliance is a trustworthy organization with excellent staff and service. Communications and scheduling are handled in a cordial and timely manner. Technicians are polite, knowledgeable, and interested in a good outcome for everyone involved. I am happy with the work they have done for me and will say they did their best when one major manufacturer was not as helpful as they might have been.

Very knowledgable, friendly, and thorough. Diagnosed refrigerator issue and provided options. Very honest/fair pricing and service!

When time was of an essence they were very accommodating and got a tech to my home in a timely manner. He was friendly and knowledgeable and got my dishwasher fixed quickly. Thank you to all involved.

Great experience with the Maryland Appliance technician who came to repair our refrigerator. Very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and in detail (what the issue was and what he proposed to do to fix it). Professional company, came over when they said they would, called 30 minutes prior to confirm they were coming...the price was fair, we plan to call on them again for issues with our appliances.

Mike and Bert were great.Despite a few minor unexpected glitdches, they installed my new microwave quickly, courtiously, and professionally.
This is the second time in several months that I have called on Maryland Appliance Repair to service my appliances. Their service has always been prompt, courteous, skilled and professional. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

When my dishwasher started to leak recently, I called Maryland Appliance Repair right away. They've repaired several appliances for me over the years, and their service is excellent. You'll get an immediate response when you call, and they will get you scheduled very quickly. Their technicians communicate with the office as they're troubleshooting your problem, so if they need to order a part, it's done right away, and they can get you up and running much quicker. I've never been disappointed with the quality of their work. The training and technical knowledge that their technicians have is outstanding. I recommend them 100%!

Mike was very early to the estimated time range, had the needed part with him, was very professional, and skilled in working on a Samsung dryer. He left the appliance very clean and in great shape. Have used the dryer and find it in exceptional shape.

We've used MD Appliance Repair for a few different repairs (from fixing our freezer to installing a garbage disposal) and continue to recommend them anytime we can! Mike is very responsive and honest about what is wrong and how much time/$$$ to expect.
