Ray and Jay are highly professional in their work. Ray explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. They worked nonstop to complete a long and arduous job. We are much appreciated with their work.

Kristina was knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. Her work was excellent and clean. This is the second time I’ve used Brian B. Quick and they were just as great as the first time! I had a small pipe leak and they were quick to come out. Kyle was awesome, he was very knowledgeable, professional, and did an amazing job. He had to cut into some drywall for the repair, but cleaned up everything afterwards and was able to put me into contact with a company that could help with those repairs as well. I love working with this company!

Jamie was wonderful!!! He was transparent about pricing and went above and beyond to address my concerns. He helped replace my water heater and fixed a pop-up assembly in my sink. Jamie is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable. He educated me throughout the entire water heater replacement process. After interviewing other companies, I was struggling to find someone I could trust. Jamie arrived the very next day after providing me with a free estimate. He arrived promptly and on time to replace the water heater. Highly recommend!

I had a leak from an old sprinkler pipe inside my house that forced me to shut off the main water supply Friday night. Saturday morning, I called several Plumbing companies who only had availability on Monday morning or later in the week. I had stopped looking for a plumbing company and my wife and I were looking at getting a hotel for the weekend, but after thinking about all we need to complete over the weekend to be prepared for the week, I decided to try one more company with great reviews on google, Brian B. Quick. I called and they said they could have someone come out in a few hours. In about an hour I received a text message with the ETA of the technician and gps tracking of their location. Jamie was the plumber who came to my home explained how he does business and provided excellent customer service. He had more than one solution to repair the leak that day! He gave me options to save money on the repairs and shared his knowledge of the plumbing in my home. He was able to complete the repair in less than an hour. I plan to do more business with his company and I will be sure to share that experience as it will be a much larger project. Jamie you came at the right time and it was best service I have ever received. My wife and I thank you! The only regret I have is that I did not call your company first.

I had an emergency with a disconnected pipe that Kyle was able to come look at during evening hours and then return the following morning, at the time he said he would, with his teammate Jay. They worked very well, efficiently, and were considerate to walk me through the known issues and easily explain them. I feel they were knowledgeable and eager to supply an excellent work product. I'm very pleased with their level of work and would highly recommend this company and team for any possible work projects.

We had called other plumbing companies to get estimates and we are so happy that we waited and came across Brian B. Quick. The plumber (Kyle) gave multiple estimates ranging from just helping the issue to being more cost effective and permanently solving the issue. On top of that the price beat out their competitors. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.
