Franklin, in particular, goes out of his way to ensure all details for each project are covered, and his product knowledge and the peace of mind that he brings in serving his clients like me are invaluable.

We came here as we were shopping for tiles for our new house. This was the easiest and most pleasant experience that we have ever had in tile shopping. Justin was amazing to work with. When we entered the store, Justin had already picked out the tiles that we had in mind. So it was seamless and easy to finalize our selections. They also have an amazing choice of tiles in the showroom.

I love the Tile Shop! But I especially love my salesperson Franklin Romero who helps with my selections for every renovation I work on for my clients. His knowledge and taste are impeccable and his customer service is top notch!

The selection is decent and the employees in the store are nice but after making my purchase the experince at the loading bay was awful. When picking up my first half of the order they took 30 minutes to pull 3 items from the back. When picking up my second half I called ahead and was told to come in an hour and they would have it ready. Upon arrival they said they don't put orders together until you arrive and then took another 30 min to put together a small order of tile and supplies.

I’ve being a client of The Tile shop for almost 5 years now. Their tile selection is amazing and very good prices. Franklin Romero has been assisting me and my company for all those years. He is very knowledgeable. He makes sure we make the right choices among all the options the shop offers!

We have just finalized our choices for remodeling 2 bathrooms and Britney Morris was AMAZING!!! She spent hours setting up a myriad of choices/combinations, and carried VERY heavy tiles and stone slabs back and forth until I said “This is it!!” Thank you, Britney for your patience, many ideas, and detailed knowledge of the products!!! Of course I recommend Britney and The Tile Shop!

I am pleased to have selected The Tile Shop. They had a variety of selections and samples to choose from. It didn't end there, the entire staff worked as a team, which made it easy to work with any team member, especially when I had to travel to different stores for urgent tile needs. My consultant, Gigi, was awesome!! She went out of her way to order extra tile (for their stock) in case I needed extra. She was super helpful and available at all times. I loved being able to contact her directly. Overall, 5 stars!
