Julio is amazing. So quick and thorough. I’ve been so impressed with Ace Handyman. I love the fact that you make it a priority to be on time. No long windows of waiting for someone to show up. And the work is top notch.
Edit: Office Manager Rachel Vigil called me promptly after I had posted my negative review to explain the situation to me. It looks like the consultation schedule was sent to the wrong email address. She was apologetic and polite on the phone. She offered to re-book an appointment at no cost. I'm tentatively re-rating Ace Handyman Services 5 stars b/c a business' reputation shouldn't suffer due to a simple misunderstanding.

ACE to the rescue. Julio was prompt and professional and did a much better job than I could have done. He hung curtains yay are 117 inches wide and replaced a ceiling light fixture. Thank you to the office who runs things smoothly and thank you Julio.

Excellent experience all around. From making the appointment with Rachel who was friendly and accommodating of my tight schedule, to Nasser who arrived promptly and did a very thorough job. Also appreciated how Nasser cleaned up around the work area. Very professional team. Will use them again.

Nasser was incredibly helpful in hanging chandeliers and installing several light fixtures. He had a good eye for how to make things look good and sit at the right height, and he was creative and resourceful in making things work when we needed to cut wires and adjust the lengths of things. Would absolutely recommend again!
