This was the second tine we have used this service, and we're very satisfied. Nabil was great. He arrived on time, was very professional, and did a great job cleaning our carpet and furniture. Highly recommended.

This company was my first option (I had others) because of the reviews. But I did notice the reviews are NOT recent I should've paid attention to that. The first phone call was professional I asked for a quote and they provided just that and it was not a long wait. I had an appointment for Monday 12-2pm window frame I received a call at 1:30 letting me know they were backed up in DC due to traffic and asked if I could reschedule. I am a VERY understanding person and was ok with that. My appointment was today 9-10am window frame I woke up early to make sure everything was out way of the way and requested to work from home twice so I can be present. 10am comes no call so I decided to call the office & a man answered I asked for a status and he said let me check and call you right back. 11am still no call no status....... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. LOOK ELSE WHERE DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE !!!!
