We have been using them for years, and are MUCH better than our old service. They don’t try to sell you a new unit unless you absolutely need it, instead he will figure out the problem and fix it if it can be fixed. Their prices are fair, and they do good work. We were able to get 20+ years out of our water heater until it finally needed replaced. I referred them to my neighbor and she has been using them for years now as well. I highly recommend!
This company can't be beat. My A/C went out on a Friday evening with outdoor temps at or near 100. Moshe returned my call within 1/2 hr and he came the next day, first thing in the morning and got the A/C back up in running in less than 20 minutes and for a fair price.

Moshe and his team are real pros. They came on time and did outstanding work for a reasonable price. Moshe is very knowledgeable and responsive. Overall I am very pleased with AMS and would highly recommend their services to anyone with HVAC needs.
Follow-up: both times I’ve had any questions he shows up the same day to troubleshoot and solve the issue. I’m still very impressed and pleased with the level of service.

I had a fantastic experience. The AMS crew were extremely efficient, gave me lower cost options that others did not mention, diagnosed and repaired in a matter of hours what some other people were telling me would take at least couple of days. Would wholeheartedly recommend for no-nonsense efficient and reasonably priced HVAC repair. Will definitely be calling them when my nearly 20-year old system needs replacing!

Moshe responded within minutes to my enquiry (gas furnace not heating), researched the problem (after I gave him the error code) and called me back with the manufacturers recommended solution- which I was able to implement - and this solved the issue. All done over the phone at no cost. He even researched and quoted me in minutes the cost for a new control board (in case it was needed), Went out his way to be so helpful - very polite and helpful guy, highly recommended.

AMS saved US this past December. Without any warning our heating system went totally out of commission. After contacting AMS, they quickly scheduled a technician to come to our home the next day. The technician was very professional and polite, He diagnosed the problem and the next day provided quotes. I did my market research and his price was competitive and fair.
AMS was able to procure the equipment needed within a day and we had a newly installed system a day later! I am so thankful.
Beware of OTHER companies that lack decent customer service and inflate pricing. AMS provided the system we needed and we are more than pleased.

AMS was recommended to me by my sister who keeps using their services for years now. The customer service all around was great!!!, quick understanding of the problem I had which tells me about their experience. The person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and professional, I could set the appointment easily and the fix was quick and on the best side, they had to replace 2 parts and didn’t even charge.
I highly recommend to use them!
