A first world problem I know, but one of the most annoying things is when an appliance goes down. From top to bottom Landers Appliance is calibrated to solve for this. Over the last 3 + years the Landers team has totally reduced the friction around errant appliances in our household. The ones they have repaired are as good as new. The ones they have replaced are strong and steady.
Let me go one step further. You can be good a what you do and yet unpleasant to interact with. We've all experienced this in some way. This is certainly NOT a characteristic of the Landers team. They are fabulous. Each interaction with every individual at Landers has been pleasant. To me this is paramount when allowing someone into your household. If you need assistance with your appliances LOOK NO FURTHER! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Lander’s Appliances is the best around. I bought a double wall oven from them. Only they could find something to fit my current space and coordinate electrical work. I bought a dishwasher from them. I had planned to buy a refrigerator but that was put on hold. They are professional in every way. They always work with you to find something that meets your needs and budget and their installation is top notch. They never leave you on your own to deal with an issue. They were gracious even when I had to delay my refrigerator purchase. I highly recommend them. I would give them even more stars if I could.

Great experience. The entire process was excellent - easy to make an appointment, very quick to schedule actual visit. The tech was wonderful. Very personable and professional. Took care of our refrigerator problems. We will definitely be using them again for appliance issues.

Hi. I would recommend Landers as far as work completed. Lee was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I would recommend would be waiving the $149 visit cost if you go forward with the recommended repair. The price seems very expensive to me to simply walk in your door. I have another appliance that needs repair but will not use Landers simply for this reason.

I have had a great experience with Landers. They did a great job installing my equipment in the tight spot it’s in. Beyond that I had an issue with one of the appliances that was on the manufacture. Landers put in weeks of work at no cost to me to make sure everything was fixed and dealing with the manufacture. Even getting them to ship a back ordered part directly.

Great experience from start to finish - our dryer stopped heating and we reached out to Landers, where we had purchased the dryer MANY years ago - their website is great and we were able to schedule an appointment online for repair. The technician arrived when they were scheduled to and completed the work in a single visit. Grateful to have everything work so well/smoothly.

I had used Crown previously and decided to go ahead and call Landers and was glad I did. First call to them they listened patiently and made suggestions regarding my dryer. Sean came out and gave an honest and fair estimate. I have been very pleased so far. Their first service call made a very good impression on me so I will be calling again, this time for the microwave issue I've had since a different company installed it awhile back.

Everyone I dealt with at Landers Appliance was great to work with. Daisy took the time to listen to my issue, explained the process and got our appointment scheduled in a short time. Once the technicians were on site, they were quick to diagnose, fix and more importantly explained how the issue began.
Landers is the company I will call the next time I have an appliance issue.

I needed an appliance repair company at last minute, Landers had great reviews so I called and they were out the next day. I then decided to purchase new washer and dryer & their sales team did not disappoint. Shawn was able to stay within my budget, was super quick with responses and got delivery scheduled so much faster than any big box store. Great company and customer service.
