Chad from Terminix is friendly , professional and knowledgeable. Answered any questions i had and explained the whole process going forward .I Am a new customer so can't speak yet to their service but based on first impressions I'm optimistic.

Chad has provided excellent preventative service for our home for more years than I can remember. As a result we have never experienced significant bug or pest problems. His personal touch and professional expertise is impressive.

Terminix was wonderful. The technicians were excellent and answered all my questions and went over everything with me and told me what to expect for the next steps. I highly recommend Terminix for your termite problem and even if you don't have any termites, have your house sprayed anyway.

I was totally disappointed after one year of paying and then having an issue with termites I was totally ignored! I had a yearly inspection that was considered good, but I called back to say that there was activity. When the service came out to inspect he did the best he could with the tools he had, and said he would have to come back. No one came back, it was scheduled but no one showed up. After calling and texting the Supervisor he came and did a lite treatment and said he would send someone the following Mon/Tues. No call, no text, no response to text. I had to cancel the service.

I have terminix come out to my house every 3 months and spray. I'm considering canceling and finding a new company. I think they spray the outside with water. They are suppose to spray for spiders. They came out less than 2 weeks ago. My niece was outside playing on the walkway and I walked over and there were 3 spiders around. I took a picture of the one that was within 2 feet of her.

We had an initial visit with Nick on 5/4, and he was great. He listened and understood the situation. He mentioned all the rooms would be serviced and it cost about $1160. No problem.
Ryan came out on 5/9 (yesterday) 45 mins late, but we weren't home, so no problem. He spent a total time of 30 mins spraying 2 rooms instead of the whole house as requested. So, we are furious we paid that amount for 2 rooms and the technician mentioned that the service was completed. Sorry, but I find that a bit ridiculous to pay that much for only 2 rooms to be serviced. My fiance's mom had a bad experience and tried to warn us, but I was giving this company the benefit of the doubt. But, she was right as the same thing happened to her. So I'm leaving this complaint stating this company was no help, as it's not going to take care of the problem that we have.
Sorry, Terminix, but you lost a new customer. I am going to stick with small businesses instead as the larger companies don't care about proving excellent service to customers or ensuring the job is really completed thoroughly.
