We were doing a complete kitchen replacement in our sometimes rental beach condo, sometimes our second home. We wanted to increase the appeal to potential guests, but also wanted to bring it up to date for our own liking. We found THE perfect piece of quartzite in their expansive showroom, and it was installed on a date that matched our schedule just a week or two later. The installers did a great job, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! What a wonderful experience! We wanted to replace our under mounted double bowl sink with a smarter single bowl and were told by 3 other experts it could not be done without replacing the granite countertop. Royal took care of it in less than 3 hours! April 2018 - My Wife and I recently decided that we wanted to change our very basic and dull standard track home formica countertop's to granite. Our favorite vacation condo in the Outer Banks of North Carolina has them and we absolutely love the look and feel. They add such a rich and vibrant feel to the kitchen. I made a simple diagram of our existing countertop with measurements and then did a great deal of research online and shopped around our area for a shop to perform the work. After several estimates I had finally decided to go with one of the Big Box stores on the recommendation of another friend. A few Sunday's ago my Wife was talking with a friend of hers and was telling her friend about our impending purchase. The friend told my Wife that she had granite installed in her kitchen by a company in our home town of Salisbury, MD by the name of Royal Granite and Marble (don't know how I missed them in the research that I did) and was extremely happy with them and suggested that we give them a call. Being a Sunday I didn't really think anyone would be in but called anyway. Low and behold a nice gentleman by the name of Allen at Royal Granite and Marble answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon. I went down that day just to talk with him and see what he had to offer. I found Allen very personable (and talkative :-), as well as very helpful. I took my wife in the following day. Upon viewing the expansive selection of huge slabs of granite we found exactly a color and style that we just loved (Giallo Ornamental). We signed the order and left a deposit. One daty later Allen's office assistant Chuck gave me a call to arrange for a home visit ffor a countertop template. The template was completed and the next day another call from Chuck at Royal to set a date for installation in just two weeks (all fabrication is done right a Royal). The countertop was installed yesterday and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. Sixteen days from start to finish and what a job! The entire staff at Royal that we came into contact with were professional, knowledgeable and helpul. From Allen, to Chuck (GREAT GUY!), to the installers Noah and Mauricio, and the plumber Bryan thank you all for a job well done.
