We would highly recommend using this company! Our old (2008) air conditioner stopped working while we were in the middle of a heat wave. I called and the office lady made me an appointment for the same day. Bryan came out and talked to us about different air conditioners, did measurements, and had his team come out to do the installation two days later. Tony and his coworker came early on day of installation. They were very professional and explained every part of the process. They took out the old and put in the new all within a few hours. I felt the price of the air conditioner as well as the installation cost was extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend using Ambient cooling and heating. Well done and thank you!

15 June Update: Our house is not cooling properly and can't handle 82 degree weather. I wonder if this company installed a unit that was too small. I don't recommend them. Mar-Apr 2023: We had a new furnace and A/C installed. They communicated well, responded quickly, and on time. The previous A/C worked fine and one employee took it to his house to install (I should have said something). They initially quoted $5,400 then quoted/charged $7,200 because of extra costs. They didn't install it correctly and for 5 weeks it was running and not heating the house properly. I had almost a $700 electric bill because of their inability to install the heater. Then after it was finished, they charged $500 for a permit we needed for final county inspection.

I usually do not write reviews, but with this company, I feel obligated. Bryan (owner) and his team at Ambient have and were such a great company to hire for my HVAC heating problems. From the extremely nice lady that answered the phone, all the way to receiving a personal text (not automated) from the owner himself on the status and conclusion of their work. I would recommend this company over and over to anyone that is experiencing the awful feeling of a potentially expensive repair or replacement to their HVAC system. Customer service, expertise and honesty goes a long way in my eyes, and with this company, they are top tier! Fantastic job, Ambient!
