I called Bayside around 4:00 in the afternoon and left a message. I thought that I would not hear anything back until the next day. Instead, I received a return call about 90 minutes later. Kevin was able to squeeze me intro his schedule for the next day (probably during his lunch break). He came on time and fixed the problem in a timely manner. This type of service is not found much anymore. I appreciate the way he runs his business.
Kevin was absolutely spot on with diagnosis. This problem started 14 years ago with the builder going cheap and undersizing the unit, with a 2 ton unit. We purchased the house in December of 2013, no AC needed in December. In July of that year we had a hot streak in the hundreds, upstairs rooms were 92°, builder cam back a tried to fix it on the cheap. With the excessive heat this year 2024, it was unbearable, we called Kevin, he came out advised us what was going on and what needed to be done to fix the problem once and for all. He brought his crew out on Saturday and they were very nice and professional! When they were done Kevin spent an extra hour double checking everything. Today it is 73° upstairs and a cool 72° downstairs. That has never happened since we have owned this house. Great job Kevin and thank you very much!!!

Kevin responded to my call within an hour and came out the very next morning when my AC stopped working. Very professional and will definitely be a return customer in the future.

Working with Bayside was a terrific experience! When I called on a Saturday, I left a message and he called me back within an hour to schedule an appointment. Kevin arrived when he said he would. He ran the diagnostics, showed me the results and explained them all to me. He made suggestions for the repairs and did them quickly, explaining what he was doing as he went along. When he left, everything was cleaned up and back in order. I highly recommend Bayside!!

5 star job! We needed an emergency repair with are AC system, Kevin came out within a few hours of calling and fixed the problem on the spot. Was more than generous & time efficient! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Over the top experience. They were at my house within an hour of my call and I was greeted by an experienced professional. He identified the problem quickly and had the thermostat I needed in the van and replaced my old one. Could have had a better experience.

Outstanding service as always. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personable. He was able to come out the next day and got our aging unit working to get us through the summer. Bayside is going to install a new unit in the fall. There really is a difference with a local smaller company. Bayside takes their time and is always focused on what's best for the customer. You won't get that from the larger companies. I can't recommend Bayside enough.

Bayside did an outstanding job replacing our 20+ year old A/C unit with a modern and reasonably priced heat pump. Kevin made it a point to make sure we were informed of relevant tax credits and the cost breakdown of similar units. He did the job impressively quick and with a keen eye for attention to detail despite the massive workload. Kevin was extremely professional throughout and I'd 100% recommend him to anyone looking for A/C or Heating work in the area!

As one would expect the heat pump fan died on the coldest day so far this year.
Kevin was very responsive and within a few hours we were back up and running.
