I used Bartley to replace my concrete driveway. I was very impressed with the job they did and the speed with which they did it. The price was reasonable and considerably better than a competitor. They were very responsive in taking care of some cleanup issues. The company rep Greg Stone was very friendly, always accessible, explained everything that would be done in advance, and oversaw the entire job to completion. I highly recommend Bartley.
I've been using Bartley to service, maintain, and repair my horse trailers since 2002. I've relocated a few times and now there are places closer to me, but I keep going to Bartley despite the longer distance because of how Jamie (and before him, David) goes so far above and beyond for me, and the outstanding, personalized service he and his team give me. Jamie does everything within his power to make sure every issue is taken care of, offering inventive solutions to all the strange problems that horses cause (like breaking off the welded window bars), pointing out issues I haven't noticed, and making suggestions to improve safety. And because of all the other commercial vehicles Bartley deals with, they are to maintain and repair just about anything, even when parts they don't deal in themselves (e.g. my hydraulic trailer jack).
Plus everyone is unfailingly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Unlike at other places, I never feel like I'm being rushed or pushed out the door without my concerns adequately addressed, or frustrated by being unable to get hold of anyone, or uncertain whether my trailer really was closely examined. That alone is so hard to find and would keep me coming back, even aside from their competence.
Stuffing horses into trailers and hauling them around is a nerve-wracking undertaking, but I always feel more confident about it with Jamie and the Bartley team examining my trailer twice a year. I'd drive even further to stay with them, and I highly recommend them.

Jamie Freeman is the best . We were so excited to find him back at Bartley. Jamie always makes sure our horse trailer is safe and running great.
We had some vague ideas for increasing storage in the tack room. Jamie took those ideas, improved on them, and made it happen!

I have had them come out to look into my addition work, some not so easy to solve. hey seemed to have a solution for everything. That's a good thing.

I have been taking my horse trailer to Bartley's since I bought it a few years ago. The staff are always friendly and the service is thorough and completed within the time estimate provided. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and never make you feel like you're taking up too much of their time. This is the best place to bring your trailer! Jamie and Willie are the best.

Amazing place to work for, great pay & excellent benefits. Their quality of work is second to none!! It's a family owned & operated buisness which shows & has a direct impact on how things are run they truly treat you as a family member when you become a team member there!
