I used BBB Garage Door LLC once before couple years ago and called them again on June 6 when our garage door did not work due to a broken spring. The receptionist was helpful and was able to send the tech on the same day between 1 and 4 PM. The technician came around 4 PM, gave me a quote, installed new springs and was out few min before 5 PM.
I gave 2 stars not based upon the technician's work or the pricing. It was because of him not telling me to remove the car from garage before he started spraying lubricant. When the technician came, our car was inside the garage and he made me move the car closer to the wall so that there is room for him to work on the springs. Today, my wife took the car to work and noticed oily spots all over the rear bumper, trunk, rear windshield, and top of the car including sunroof. All the tech needs to do was to tell us to remove the car from garage once he was able to manually open the garage door. We were home when he was working.
Okay--- I don't post much---but BBB came out the same morning of my call and diagnosed the issues with the spring failing. Sean was very very honest and said I did not need to replace the opener. He urge us not to overspend on the repair. Where have you ever heard that before! It took him inside an hour to repair and he evaluated everything before leaving. Support these small family businesses. They know how to treat people with respect and honesty. Cant find much of that in today's world.

My garage door was hit by car while reversing yesterday morning. My friend recommend BBB to me because his garage door was replaced by BBB a year ago and he was very satisfied with Sean's experienced technology and affordable pricing. I also called another handyman for an estimate, but he suggested me either change the door or try to fix but not guaranty. So, I called the BBB and asked a free estimation. Next day, Sean came to my house on time and checked my garage door and fixed it in 15 minutes. He is very professional and the price is very reasonable. I do recommend BBB to my friends in my Weichat Moments.

I just had the best experience with BBB. First, I called last night (Friday night) at 6:05 PM and Rachel was knowledgeable, friendly, and simply wonderful. She scheduled Nathan to come out this morning at 0900. Nathan called 20 minutes before he showed up, was prompt, took a look at our 18-year-old system, and then said while he could replace the existing garage door system, the problem was likely not the LiftMaster motor, but rather the wall unit - which had been put in by a tenant in 2016. He then recommended replacing the wall unit only, and then calling back if we continue to have problems. He even showed us the best garage door lube to purchase and where to apply it. Nathan probably just saved us almost $700. His honesty was remarkable, and so so appreciated – particularly on the heels of not only tax time, but also a recent replacement of our water heater. We will definitely call BBB if the system has further problems. Well done, Rachel and Nathan. BBB now has a customer for life.

We had an excellent experience using BBB Garage Doors. We had a tricky diagonal spot where we needed to install the door. Eli and his team came up with a creative and effective solution for this challenging space. Rachel was incredibly helpful in the permitting process and answered all our questions from start to finish. On the day of installation, Eli and his team stayed late to make sure that we were happy with the final product. I would highly recommend the whole team at BBB!

Eli was excellent from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable and up front about the process. The garage door and the gate were completed in a timely manner. Eli and his crew were extremely professional. He answered all questions and was patient with some of the other work and contractors (electricians) working at the same time. Rachel was also great with communication and the permit process. I would definitely recommend BBB and Eli in particular, in the future and I high recommend them for your garage door and gate needs!
