Excellent service, the awning is of top quality and very sturdy. I would highly recommend that you should call them if you're thinking of getting an awning.

I needed an awning to block the sun from heating up my sun room, the vertical patio blinds shielding the glass sliding doors were not working out. David Hill, the owner came over to give me an estimate, spent a lot of time explaining the various options and was very patient in answering my questions. The cost was very reasonable, lower than I expected due to a special deal they were offering at the time. Because of the special, they had a lot of orders and there was a 2-month backlog on installations. Dave was very upfront about it, he kept me posted on the schedule. When installation day came, it was professionally done in a couple of hours. I love my new awning and highly recommend Awnings R Us.

At first, we were discouraged as several months went by without an update on our awning. Once they discovered the order was wrong, they stepped up and gave us an upgrade for the mistake The upgrade was fantastic and has proved its worth since.

The team at Awnings R Us were professional, friendly, and great to work with. My 14' awning over my deck looks and operates great! I would definitely work with them again! Highly recommended!
