Bottom line, look elsewhere. I contacted Mitchell's Glass in early November 2021 to replace a bedroom window, in my new home, which was fogged over. Things were great at first. The communication was great, and they came out almost immediately to take the measurements. $380 which I paid half up front, with the other half due after install.
Approx. a month later, Mitchell's came out to replace the window, and I was informed that they mismeasured the window size and would need to reorder the glass. That's fine...mistakes happen. Old window put back in.
Approx. another month later, Mitchell's again come out to replace the window, and the installer breaks the new glass during install! Another reorder, old window goes back in, again.
February 2022 rolls around and it's attempt #3. Window gets installed, finally. Without notification, I am charged an additional $7.25 ($197.25) during the final payment. No idea what this additional cost was for, no explanation; presumably the cost of materials went up and they passed on the cost on to me?
Fast forward to late November 2022, my wife and I discover a tiny crack in the window at the bottom left. By December 5th, it was completely cracked in two, from bottom left to top right.
I reach out to Mitchell's, and Tom informs me that the window doesn't come with any type of warranty or guarantee outside of a leaking seal. My bad luck I suppose.
So, $387.25 later, three days off of work, no warranty, and no offer of a price break for my troubles. Now I have to find a new company to replace my window again.
Save your time, money, and aggravation.

Ordered a glass top for our kitchen table. Took 2 weeks to receive the top, and it was perfect for our table.
Will definitely use them again if needed.
