Was contacted by Rep, said both myself and spouse had to be there it’s their policy. Told rep that’s not possible with spouses work hours, he insisted so I told him that it was me or not at all and hung up. A return call 5 minutes later and rep says he will come out at scheduled time the next morning. Next day nobody shows up and no phone call either. After sending message through messenger to contact her and rep now start calling and texting to try to apologize, poor service and very non professional

This is the best company ever to work with from sales to install to follow-up. We have had 3 other companies out over the past 10 years to talk about windows and they were very pushy and one extremely offensive. LEI made us feel like family from the first contact. The install teams are efficient, courteous and knowledgeable and work directly for the manufacturer so no subcontracting installers with this company!!! They left our home the way they found it but with new windows!!! We just placed our second order and look forward to a lifelong relationship with LEI.

They're a small, family owned business so genuinely care about their customers & don't take advantage of women/first time homeowners like other companies I've dealt with. Solid people who do great work. I recommend them to anyone!

This company is amazing! Its locally owned, no big corporations trying to meet quota. I got new windows put in, and it saves me like $70 a month. Excellent service, amazing customer service, they are now my new best friends. They answered all my questions and were extremely knowledgable. LEI is all around great and timely with their work. I would absolutely recommend to a friend if in need of home improvement.
