We worked with Walter, the sales person. He was fantastic! We got to pick out exactly what granite we wanted for our backyard bar. Within a couple days we were able to schedule for someone to come out and measure the area. After that, we talked some numbers and finalized our granite we picked. From the time we picked what we wanted to install was super quick! I want to say less than a week, we had our countertops. Highly recommend using granite outlet!
This is really a Five Star plus - plus review. The Granite Outlet team consisting of Dulcie, Candace and Abat produced a dream come true.
Starting with the initial consultation, design, product selection, scheduling and execution they were all in every step of the process.
Needless to say we are very pleased and thankful for their efforts!

Run from the Granite Outlet.
Hired to replace existing countertops with quartz. The team called the day of installation to say they dropped one of the pieces and needed to cut a new one. No problem, accidents happen. After installation we determined that they glued the broken piece back together and never mentioned it. They also managed to put a hole in our kitchen ceiling during installation which quite honestly is an impressive level of carelessness. Additionally, they installed the wrong edging profile despite multiple clarifications on this point prior to contract execution/installation.
The corporate team is somehow more incompetent than the installation team with daily promises to return phone calls over a three week period that were never returned.
Four stars for the quartz because its a nice slab and negative two stars for the team/installation. Come on guys you can do better.

Great prices and overall great experience. Walter was very helpful and informative. He gave us a very clear run down on the various types of countertops and how within the quartz family the stone can vary by grade. We ended up purchasing quartz countertops and we are very happy with them. The installers were great too!

I’m updating the photos because the kitchen is now complete. The backsplash was added on 11/21/2023. I’m really thrilled with how every aspect of the renovation turned out. Granite Outlet Kitchen & Bath really went above and beyond to give me the home I wanted for myself. 10/10, definitely recommend for your home remodeling needs!

I purchased my first home this summer and it was in need of substantial renovations, including the kitchen and, eventually, the primary bathroom. After signing up at Houzz, I did a search for possible contractors, based on the specifications of the renovation. One of the companies that matched with my project was Granite Outlet Kitchen & Bath Design. I worked with their Timonium office.
The first person I spoke with was Dulcie Horecni, CKD. She was knowledgeable and personable, even over the phone, asked me thoughtful questions, and provided thoughtful answers to questions I had. I was able to get a showroom appointment quickly. When I arrived, Dulcie already had some ideas based on our discussions that turned out to fit quite well with what I was envisioning. Then, I did the in-home assessment and estimate with Abat Mulugeta, who ultimately became my project lead.
I was so impressed at the breadth and depth of knowledge as well as creative thinking that Dulcie and Abat displayed when talking with me about what I wanted. I felt that if issues came up during the renovation, between the two of them they would be able to think creatively and nimbly about solutions that stayed within my budget but still achieved the look I wanted. I was absolutely right. The two of them, along with Candace Weakley, worked collaboratively with me throughout the process to help me realize and refine the vision I had for my home. Their suggestions and input, and of course their expertise, was invaluable to getting me the home I always wanted — colorful, modern yet classic, and absolutely beautiful. As I told them, because of Granite Outlet’s terrific work, I don’t think I will ever get tired of simply … coming home.

We were looking for a 5’ x 4’ remnant quartz countertop piece for our kitchen island. We met our sales rep at the Millersville location, who helped us narrow down our search and then locate the perfect piece a few weeks later. The piece was cut according to our specs and it looks wonderful in our refurbished kitchen. The production and installation folks were professional and very accommodating, as well. The process from A -Z was a very good experience. We were treated as if we had purchased an entire kitchen remodel.

Granite outlet kitchen & bath have installed counters for us on two separate occassions and both were great experiences. Pricing was reasonable and both counters had some complex curves which were measured perfectly by the team. Our stove in our kitchen was a bit snug on initial fit once it was installed and the install team came back and made necessary adjustments to ensure a good fit. Overall, I'm very happy with our experiences with Granite Outlet and highly recommend!

Granite Outlet was efficient, communicative, and did a professional installation. The job was done much quicker than expected. The white ice granite top was installed flawlessly, with the seam almost unnoticeable, and holes drilled in the correct spot. To save time, we had the 28" wide double sink shipped to the fabrication site. The plumber went out of his way to be sure his work was complete. Some might have been upset that the disposal we supplied did not have the correct connection type. But the plumber waited patiently while we ran to the store to buy another disposal with the correct connection. All in all, we are quite happy with the top and its installation. One thing I would suggest is that sometimes there was a communication gap between Kenny and us. Otherwise everything went well, and the top looks great.

I couldn’t be happier with granite outlet and there outstanding service. The day that I picked out the granite, they were there the next day to measure. I had bought the sink 2 years b4 and I am disappointed with the combination ( my fault), but couldn’t be happier with the granite and the new cabinets I purchased from granite outlet. The installers were pleasant and efficient. Happy customer, Christine Cox
